Having come this far it would seem odd for the Ftse
not to retest circa 6770. Just an observation.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 10:33 #11269drop n pop on ecb maybe . would like to see low 2020’s spx before a bigger rally.
stop on 1990 longs raised to 2002 now…odds favour more up imo beforeĀ a grexit swing early next week…
January 22, 2015 at 10:41 #11270I have seen s&p 2050 mentioned as a sandline and
wonder if that is being used by many traders. My girlfriend has small Ftse short entry orders
set at 6750 6800 6850 6900 and she has made
a few stella trades. The last was a Dow short
when we were near ath.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 10:48 #11271Stock markets look tricky enough but that may be nothing
compared to EUR FX pairs. Recent bloodbaths in CHF and
CAD so maybe we add EUR to that list later today.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 12:22 #11272My girlfriend has small Ftse short entry orders
set at 6750 6800 6850 6900 and she has made
a few stella trades. The last was a Dow short
when we were near ath.I think I would have just gone for 6770 and 6900 as the other
levels don’t make any sense to me. Still it’s a good enough
way to scale into a position if you think 6900 is the top.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 12:29 #11273I have been listened to so she now has 6750 open and 6900 pending.
Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 13:08 #11274EcB no change to rates.
EcB Says Further Measures To Be Announced Later.
I guess we watch the 13:30 press conference and I do
hope we get facts and not some teaser else this is
all a bit like the dance of the seven veils.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 13:59 #11282Well my girl made +10pts by being quick to take a profit.
I did not trade as we hit a level that was not on my sheet.
Will US ooh levels come again in rth seems like a good ?
Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 14:25 #11284Well Ftse may just have thrown over 6770 but it did exceed it
and that opens a door to 6900 as per my post.I may just start my weekend now and come back after we have
had the Greek election. Atleast then we will have all the
known events in the rear view mirror.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 15:34 #11301That was fun…. Took 42 handles….
think I’ll take it easy for the day now….
January 22, 2015 at 15:41 #11302got the dip , just a few handles short of the ideal entry. looks like more up , before the dipsters get another go after the greek vote …don’t see any reason to be anything other than long with a few short hedges along the way
January 22, 2015 at 15:52 #11304Ftse in the 6800-6900 red zone like a climber on a steep
rock face who is not too sure where the top is.I would favour a dip late today or early doors friday
as traders start to position for the weekend vote.Fridays and mondays often bookend into a pair so we
must monitor friday’s action.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 16:00 #11305I have seen s&p 2050 mentioned as a sandline and
wonder if that is being used by many traders. At that level now so we could see a few shorts exit
or get hit by the algo stop run train.Never give up, never surrender.
January 22, 2015 at 16:09 #11306don’t think your climber will be finding his final top in that zone cimac. He might need more oxygen…
January 22, 2015 at 16:30 #11307Yes you could be right.
Ftse bulls have in their favour, no sell the news
and a very +ve closing print. So if they can hold
above 6750 or atleast 6700 then a run at 6900 is
on for monday. Let’s see how it pans out.Never give up, never surrender.
