silver missed my stop by 4 pips o/night  , now 70pips higher. need gold to close well over 1160 tonight & at least the downtrend is done for a bit. gold miners going bonkers now , with randgold up 15% in a few days

added to spx shorts today , but needs some proper selling volume to get us back below 2020 , which opens up 2006/7 ,etc, etc

silver at 15.20 support , where the wave 5 = depth of the wave 4 triangle. took a punt , stop below 15.

took off half for 30 pips . Stop on the rest at 15.10 for a free ride. be nice if that was it , as you say Dan.

entered short again today. gap down coming Monday , but maybe only a 4th wave before we grind into higher highs .

shurley gonna see a 50% retrace min . Might take a week or two , but targets are 1905,1929 , then the 1963/73 area. really want to see 1895 into the close tonight for the 382 retrace as first port of call.

seems a decent place to ditch longs and see if they want to reverse it for a few.  needs a decent retrace which if it comes pronto will set up the 1963 area.  still possible they gun for 63 without a breather …

& max pain in the 1900 area – guess all the calls & puts gonna expire worthless . Shucks , the banks will just have to pocket the premiums ….again.

lol if we close at 1900.1…

got stopped on the balance of the s&P , but reloaded the dow , which seems to want to lead today.

need to close above 1925/6 today to give the bulls hope for a trip north next week

took small longs at 1924 and on the ftse & dax. will try and cut half for a few & run the rest . either that or get stopped !

cut half of each & will now run the rest.

1922/5 held & for as long as it does , I think we go up into next week now…

if we hold the 1922/5(ish) level, I think we see a rally back to low 1960’s . There’s a whippy triangle in play imo.

all of which would set up some real big boy fireworks

Everyday a new picture in the charts appears and today is not as crystal clear as thursday, which was a perfect short as the Ftse tagged 6720 in early rth. I would prefer a bounce, to clean up the chart.

You nailed it yesterday Cim. Great to see. Today is crooksday and the plan that I am playing for is a down. The pattern is harder, it could be globex down, gap fill and then down, or a pop and drop. EIther way barring any crooksday pollux, I am looking for a down close ideally. 1953/5 SPX is the first target of this move and we are not there yet. Have a great day guys

nah , soggy opening then a rally of at least +7 . last hour , who knows…..nice to hear you’re nailing it K

closed some shorts too. better to see if we bounce or , if not ,  add-back on a break below the low 1970’s.

Europe & US quite out of sync and US still technically in an uptrend .

all the pending news over the next few days makes for risk , but looking to add back some shorts tonight/tomorrow morning . a d/t or maybe a marginal new high to 2014/15 would work – much above there and the shorts will probably be wrong and we see 2040 or 2070. For now ,biased short.

took 2011 to add the short back , as planned….
