Germany France Italy main markets are eyeing the early August
low which looks more and more like a big support test.Ftse has already gone below but it is a different pattern.
If the US markets went for the early August low from here
it would cause a mini panic sell, imho.We must take great care here not to be run over by the up
or down train or both !!!!Never give up, never surrender.
October 9, 2014 at 15:47 #8384The EcB guy should start talking at 16:00(BST) but then
there are Fed speakers so the timing of this could be
a real juicer for euroland market openings tomorrow.Never give up, never surrender.
October 9, 2014 at 17:18 #8385Closed my Cable short leaving plenty on the table
but I gain by playing a less risky trade.Maybe no trades for me until tomorrow but will
take a look at where we are later tonight.Never give up, never surrender.
October 9, 2014 at 18:49 #8397Fell asleep…. So tired after returning from Brazil. Was-4 when I went asleep. Now -30 and has been -40.
October 9, 2014 at 19:18 #8404I will forward to my sleep tonight as it’s been an active
sort of day on the markets plus I have no open trades.I can’t see a trade I would want to take atm. Maybe in
the morning or it’s possible I will wait until monday.I am happy that we have had three good attempts to
find a low in my first half of October window and
although I give up on Ftse 6000 a good rally up
and away into December would be fine by me.Never give up, never surrender.
October 9, 2014 at 20:43 #8429getting interesting…..
October 10, 2014 at 05:46 #8463Ftse 6000 or 7000-7200 were targets I have had for a while
and until either print I can’t complete my chart work.Ftse ooh has gone below 6400 so maybe 6000 comes first
but thats not a given and as we move through this
low window and don’t make it the odds fade.I think we need a rally the strength of which will
give more answers to the last qtr scenario.Again I would say today and monday are key in the
quest for knowing if the low is in.S&P 1900 looks like a lock if we do not get up
and away, very soon, imho.Never give up, never surrender.
October 10, 2014 at 08:28 #8465if we hold the 1922/5(ish) level, I think we see a rally back to low 1960’s . There’s a whippy triangle in play imo.
all of which would set up some real big boy fireworks
October 10, 2014 at 09:44 #8466Yes, see that.
I have no trades open and will take today off.
Over the weekend I will do some more chart work
and arrive at some options or sandlines for
the Ftse combined with the five cit dates
this side of Christmas. I hope will help
guide me, through the rises and falls.Never give up, never surrender.
October 10, 2014 at 10:04 #8468Daily candles are good when you want to look for a bounce
and so far we do not have that on the Ftse, I guess we
could try again today as rth goes lower but then we
would need a mini take off later.Never give up, never surrender.
October 10, 2014 at 10:22 #8469took small longs at 1924 and on the ftse & dax. will try and cut half for a few & run the rest . either that or get stopped !
October 10, 2014 at 10:45 #8470Goodluck you brave trader.
Never give up, never surrender.
October 10, 2014 at 14:49 #8473took small longs at 1924 and on the ftse & dax. will try and cut half for a few & run the rest . either that or get stopped !
cut half of each & will now run the rest.
1922/5 held & for as long as it does , I think we go up into next week now…
October 10, 2014 at 15:49 #8478got stopped on the balance of the s&P , but reloaded the dow , which seems to want to lead today.
need to close above 1925/6 today to give the bulls hope for a trip north next week
October 10, 2014 at 16:21 #8479Most european stocks have gone below their August 2014 lows.
That would be equiv of s&p sub 1900 … we watch and wait.
Never give up, never surrender.
