It’s only 1 in 5 Banks……Buy ’em Buy ’em
October 26, 2014 at 22:54 #9140Yeh I reckon it’ll go up…. Lol
October 26, 2014 at 23:50 #9141Taken a small short on the Dow at 16822
Wise thing to do ?
Hell no, I should really have taken a big’un 😉
Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 03:41 #9142Taken a small short on the Dow at 16822
Closed for 7pts profit which proves you can make money on anything.
Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 08:08 #9143Euroland ooh are now above friday’s rth highs and taken the US ooh
with it. Just aswell I cashed that Dow short earlier.I hope the Ftse rth gaps up but would also like it to then drop
as this is the last day of my Oct 23rd (+/- 2day) ‘h’ window.Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 09:33 #9144Well that Ftse move has been just great and
stops have been moved to secure the profit.Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 09:59 #9145Ftse drop after the pop was worth 50pts …. hooyah !
Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 12:37 #9146Looks like euroland will wait for the US rth where we should
see any rally soon turn down, asuming we see a rally which
is in doubt as the US did close at, near, the friday highs. But if we do get two pop and drops in a day we will just
have to trade it 😉Never give up, never surrender.
October 27, 2014 at 15:39 #9147But if we do get two pop and drops in a day we will just have to trade it
You devil you  🙂
October 28, 2014 at 07:45 #9153Ftse ooh quotes suggest we rise but will a rally hold
or just give another level to short. I would say the
odds favour any gap up would close but that markets
will try and keep it tight until they see FMOC.Never give up, never surrender.
October 28, 2014 at 08:24 #9154So far I stick with lastweek’s call of down monday – tuesday
and then up wednesday. FMOC could produce a whipsaw
3way as watchers are looking for qe end or extention or some
sort of ‘will do anything’ statement. Thursday we could still
be washing the Fed news, then friday and monday are last
and first days of the trading month. Then we get to the
real decider days of early November when I expect a lot
more clarity re the chances of new lows or highs.Never give up, never surrender.
October 28, 2014 at 09:08 #9155Ftse did pop then drop for a quick 15pts profit, fwiw.
Never give up, never surrender.
October 28, 2014 at 13:06 #9156I expect the US will want to pop and drop but
as with monday it will not mimic euroland as
that would be too easy for day traders !Never give up, never surrender.
October 28, 2014 at 19:13 #9165NAS is the US front runner getting nearer to Sept highs
with the s&p then Dow following. I have heard talk of
a megaphone top doing the rounds.Euroland is nothing like and at times like this I am
happy to just trade the old dog Ftse.Never give up, never surrender.
October 28, 2014 at 19:32 #9167I quess on the US markets you could still count this rally
as ‘B’ up of an ‘ABC’ down from the Sept highs but soon
there will be no headroom … eek !This sets up quite a scary FMOC day.
Never give up, never surrender.
