yup,had to scratch that one for a loss.-65 handles and dropping.still think today sees a low,so on the look out again for a decent opportunity.damn massive overnight moves make it extremely hard.

Erm, rather baffled as to how you could lose 65 handles from 1830 when it has only dropped circa 20 handles since 1830??

          Hi cimac,

I’m undecided about Monday, I think it could rally in the morning, then it depends whether bulls can hold the gains until close. If they do then a negative close on Tuesday.

FTSE bulls couldn’t hold 6000, I guess that means back to yesterday’s low at the very least.

Happy new year addicts and mustards, may you make millions in 2016, just as you did in 2015.  😛

Seems to me this is a “defiance” rally. Prolly give it all back in next couple of days.

Glad to see the England-France game at Wembley is still going ahead, cancelling it would be a victory for the thugs.

It seems the market still likes deaths, we learned that during the Iraq war.

                      Hi Gordon,

Don’t they ALWAYS make the same mistakes over and over?  I agree, it looks glum, hard to say how long this market madness will last but I suspect it will be over sooner rather than later. The higher it goes the harder and faster it will fall when it does crack. Best of luck with the shorts, I’m flat currently. FTSE high today was a dozen or so points short of the 6500 target which is near enough to call it done. I will wait now to see if it really is done or wants a big higher.

Thanks Gordon, how ya doin mate? Hope your shorts are not doing to much damage if you still have them. I can’t see this madness lasting too much longer.

                          Hi cimac,

103 points is some undershoot though. I would have thought it needs to get a bit closer than that to call the abc complete wouldn’t you say?

Wow, the bulls have really excelled themselves, bought the jobs dip back up and then a shed load on top. I expect there’ll be some spill to the upside Monday morning and then……?

I’m not totally surprised by this, I said a few days ago that if the August low is to be tested they will probably run it up somewhere near the FED high first to get as many shorts out as possible.

I will be counting my cash.

What again? That’ll take all weekend wont it?  🙂

If there is to be a big breakdown I imagine they would want to push it back somewhere near the FMOC high first to get rid of as many shorts as possible
