Took the 60pips profit so I can stand aside.
Will short Ftse after this blow off … that may not be
until after Xmas so it could be an early holiday for me.Never give up, never surrender.
Cable, took a small profit on the dip now back in short at 1.6450
which is me done for today and maybe even for this week, fwiw.Never give up, never surrender.
I have a Cable short at 1.64 just for a pre FMOC gamble really
and it’s not going to bankrupt me even in worst case scenario.I hope we see some fireworks into the weekend, yee ha 😉
Never give up, never surrender.
Small profit taken on my recent eur:usd short and no more trades
for me pre FMOC, fwiw.Being free to react is more important atm and this is not a time
when big trends start. They already have or are yet to start is
the best odds play, imho.Never give up, never surrender.
No surprise re this push higher, we did highlight odds for it last week.
Bears need a big turnaround tuesday to stop this bull running up and
into Xmas etc etc.Nothing is written in stone yet re charts but I would not want to be
too short until we see where this rally ends.Atm I am not thinking new highs, lets look at possible d/t first.
Never give up, never surrender.
Live wire start to the week and this rally in eur:usd gives
me another chance for a small short.Never give up, never surrender.
The 18th – 19th – 20th window contains FMOC, a pomo day
and then quad options expiry. Will the Fed taper in december. Where is the big money
placed for quad OE. These questions are unknowns but
are vital as to outcome of most markets, pre Xmas.Never give up, never surrender.
Excellent Cimac.
I have had a phenomenal week on the indices.
With crooks quad oe next week, we now need to be very careful.
First resistance on ES is 1777.25 and then 1780/3. Above that an quad oe rally can start.
Until then we are in a downtrendGood to know your doing very well ‘k’.
Ben is not going to leave on a downer, imho.
So no qe taper at FMOC, big pomo next day, then OE.
As I said before watchout 18th 19th 20th Dec !!On that basis I will close my eur:usd short and
expect to re-enter it or Cable after the rally.Never give up, never surrender.
Stops at b/e on the eur:usd short from 1.3760 ( aka 1.38 org +40 banked ).
Never give up, never surrender.
So to recap, on this day, cimac has shorted eur:usd @ 1.3760
with a target of 1.2000 using a half size trade, expecting
red before green. Time to hit target, sometime in 2014.See ya next week.
Never give up, never surrender.
Rare that I re-visit a closed trade so soon after but I have
re-opened my eur:usd short at 1.3760 at half size. My intent
is to run this into 2014 knowing that it will go red before
it goes green but it is well covered by recent profits, fwiw.Note this was the 1.38 short closed at 1.3760
Never give up, never surrender.
Out for +3pt because it did not move fast enough for me
and I feared it was not yet a bounce pt, fwiw.Never give up, never surrender.
Invested my recent FX profits in a Ftse long at 6436 with
a stop at 6400 fwiw.As per I will move stop to b/e when / if possible and not
re-enter the trade if the market falls back on it.I would be happy to take 6454 as I have to go out today
and don’t want to trail stops.Never give up, never surrender.
It’s all good fun with still the risk we drop faster or
bounce even faster still. Stops are a must … yeeha !Never give up, never surrender.
A few thoughts re a window for bulls to save Santa.
We are at or near pts where a breakdown could really get going.
I want to wait and see if a low pt prints at the end today or
very early friday.
Ftse & Dow & s&p & Dax & cable & eur:usd would qualify fwiw.As the Ftse is first to close, lets use it as an early warning of
some sort of support not too far below 6450 zone.
So enjoy your shorts but don’t fall in love with’em just yet 😉Never give up, never surrender.
