Looking at the timing point for 5th Feb ( which we
think will be a ‘h’ ) it could come early followed
by another point maybe even in the week after.

Then the next point is early March which if it is
as expected another ‘h’ then down we go, to get
all the sell in April and May traders in do-do.

Atm the above is the best I can offer.

            Never give up, never surrender.

im thinking now, perhaps today could be a high, then down into monday followed by “turnaround” tuesday up into the 5th.would make more sense to me.have to believe 1811 was an intermediate bottom in spx.volatile globex already eh?

Ok I am one of the most bearish people on earth, lol, but I feel we have significantly lower prices within weeks. Spoos in the 1600’s.

Maybe it doesn’t need a catalyst, but the contraction in credit, for me, must be causing massive problems behind the scenes. It is a matter of time before something pops up to the surface.

Often, when I write a bearish post like this, it zooms up, so you’ll probably be safe lol, but just don’t want to see anyone on kpad get taken out by another Lehman or whatever.

I am preparing for the worst and keeping as little cash in the banking system as I can get away with. I think they will come after deposits in a crisis. They haven’t pushed through bail in legislation everywhere for nothing.

If the worst doesn’t happen, I have lost nothing, but if it does I am fine or better than fine. Others who don’t prepare at all could lose everything in my opinion. We are at the end of a 44 year experiment with money backed with nothing but trust.

Even QE is an issue now. Deutsche Bank warned Draghi NOT to do it as it would hurt oil prices which will likely hurt them and others. It’s a truely f&@ked up situation.

Ok, I’ll shut up now. You get the drift.

                  enjoy the sunny weather  ???

Personal debt around the world stands at record levels
so it’s hard to see any real economic recovery.

QE only helps banks, it’s a stupid waste of money.
Better to have given every adult a few grand to
                      go out and spend.

Ftse has now gone to the stops above 6000 (6025ish) in ooh
and rth so if it wanted permission to drop, it’s got it.

The next major resistance would be the 6325 zone.

When ever the Ftse ‘retrace’ is over we are in for a
drop in the region of 1000 – 2000pts and that is the
train I want a ticket for. Worth the wait.

                          Small short at Ftse 6000

Moved my stop down a bit sharpish and got closed out at 5920
which proved to be too soon but how can I be glum with 80pts 😉

                            Ftse next phase in progress.

Bears must break down and hold below this mini 5900ish – 6000ish
swing range else the bulls will build and have a go at 6325
which would be a logical target for 5th Feb, all imho.

                            Never give up, never surrender.

Barron’s: “Tim Cook of #Apple sees “extreme conditions unlike anything we’ve experienced before.”
Not sure when he said that exactly but rather telling…. Suspect it was in conference call the other night…..

Expect Ftse to have atleast another look at 6000

US to gap up a la euroland seems the odds play.
What happens after could be interesting.

Ftse has not changed in that if the bears don’t break down
soon then the way is open for the bulls to go for 6300 etc.

                                  Never give up, never surrender.
