Dan, It’s on my list to come into your shop before I die and it should be on all kpaders lists, imho. That does not say we spend any money, as the kpad is well known for it’s t**** a*** members ?

      lol I’ll have that as a testimonial….

closed a ‘boat scare’ short just now for nine handles. See what happens next.

Also longed Couer, the silver miner, at 199. Seems silly low price…. Of course can get sillier, but they were 7400 in 2006, 600 just last June. Given my views on silver and gold they ar a steal….unless their assets in US are confiscated….. That’s the only possible downside really….

Arch Coal went bankrupt yesterday. That is five coal miners gone pop in a year….

Taken a ‘punt’ long at Ftse 5850 as it’s about -100pts
from where Ftse rth closed as ooh quotes have taken
a bath with the US markets wash out tonight.

Unless the world ends I would look to make a profit
as we go into expiry zone on friday.

Whatever the outcome it’s play money as befits a
        market like this.

        Never give up, never surrender.

closed half my position short this morning. world & his wife looking for a flush today , so it may not come in the size expected.

picked up a few longs to hedge some of rest & 1950’s looks like a decent opportunity IF oil rallies and we can get something going from hereabouts

Ftse closed it’s opening gap down circa 5950 !

IF the s&p did the same thrust up then a go at 1950 is possible.

Her indoors took a long Dow for a tag of 16500 and that has to
                  be possible later tonight.

                  It’s nuts !!!

She cashed out at 16450 !

As this was based on my enhanced STD work, I am expecting
to be taken out for a good dinner and vintage wine.

I do not expect to be trading on friday 😉

                          ASX 200 @ Thu 14 Jan 16

From August 12th: “ … the first of wave-(C)’s five waves is likely underway.”

Today’s breach of August’s 4936 wave-1 low by the All Ordinaries confirms the three earlier breaches of this level by the ASX 200. It is likely that wave-2 is complete and wave-3 is underway.

See the MONTHLY chart of the ASX 200. Wave-2 retraced 57% of wave-1 (the All Ords retraced a textbook Fibonacci 62%).

If this count is correct, look for an eventual wave-(C) bottom around 3720 (red horizontal). This level coincides with the long term semi-log uptrend line established by the lows in 2003 and 2009.

I used to drink both the red and white back in the day and
                            thought myself sophisticated.

Now I am sophisticated I doubt I would even cook with it 😉

                              Thanks WND

I will be watching the Ftse to see if we break
down out of the current slant up which could
                              fit with your ASX analysis.

I am taking today off and will let options expiry do it’s thing.

After the wild yet profitable swings of wed and thur many may
take my lead for an early start to the weekend.

Just noticed the US market futs are well down which again
extends the negative nature of world stock markets.
