Extraordinary measures used by the Treasury to keep under the debt ceiling “are likely to be exhausted in less than three weeks,” Lew said today in a letter to House Speaker John Boehner, a Republican fromOhio.

Hey Paps, Good evening.

Just a typical WNER so far, but a weak one. That usually leads to a down Tuesday.

However some may view today as a consolidation day with more up.

The beauty here is that for the TREND to be down still, upside should be limited to 7-10 points from here, so even if it looks up tomorrow, it can be a pop and drop imo.

NAS looks to lead the retrace rally.

Ftse may set sail for 2nd test zone circa 6640.

I am still short the Ftse.

keeping me waiting for a touch , or better still a spike above the 50d ma.

best guess now is a retrace back to the mid 1780’s , then a grind into that by end wk or early next.
