Closed Ftse at 7031
Short Dow at 18020
Give the wheel a spin 😉
Never give up, never surrender.
April 20, 2015 at 14:51 #13244Dow short lastest no time as I moved into profit I got my
finger on the button and even then was out for a loss 🙁In again for a small short at Dow 18060 which I will be
able to run all day, I hope.Never give up, never surrender.
April 20, 2015 at 15:05 #13246News wire stuff re Greece. No way to verify atm. So just FYI.
Greek 3yr bonds now yield 27%
Greek decree to force local govts to move cash to central bank
Never give up, never surrender.
April 20, 2015 at 15:21 #13247Closed Dow 18040
Short Ftse 7040Never give up, never surrender.
April 20, 2015 at 16:36 #13248Stocks are more bullish than I expected today.
My plan to trade the Ftse remains as per my outline at the weekend
including what I think bulls and bears have to target. My average Ftse short is now 7050 but remains a small total size
as it looks far too risky with so many questions unanswered.Never give up, never surrender.
April 20, 2015 at 20:18 #13250Greek decree to force local govts to move cash to central bank
Can’t quite get a feel for what this is all about but it
does not sound good to me. Today was the first date
when analysts thought they may run out of money.
To pay public sector wages and pensions etcNever give up, never surrender.
April 21, 2015 at 07:56 #13253Stock markets continue to run stops in both directions.
End of lastweek the longs got eaten and now the shorts but
my analysis says whatever we do into midweek we are going
down again into the weekend. It’s no secret this market has driven traders away and a
low volume market is vulnerable to stop runs. What we
are left with is a market for small trades so stops can
be wider, hence affordable. That does suit all trading
styles but it’s adapt or stay away.Never give up, never surrender.
April 21, 2015 at 08:41 #13255In 5 out of last 6 years , we’ve seen a dip into the April expiry . In 4/5 of those the low came on the Monday after expiry , the 5th on the Friday of expiry week . The window for a high before that dip was 4th-14th April . Yesterday’s high came in on the 13th… Size of the dip is c 2.5-4.5% . An “average ” 3% would get us to the 2040 support level, the level targeted ( & failed) from last week. In the year this didn’t work, there was an early month dip of 4% which bottomed on the 11th. Largest high to low dip this month is less than 1% so far . either this is statistical nonsense or we have a 2-3% dip due in the next 5 sessions … I remain short & a tad u/water.
got a 2% dip and closed two thirds of my shorts on Friday. If we rally into tomorrow , I shall prob add them back…have a cit due Friday/Monday fwiw
added shorts back at 2109 – wrong much above 2112
April 21, 2015 at 09:02 #13256Dow ooh must be +100pts from late lastnight so
they are going to give shorts some pain.Dow rth does not have to go to 18150 but that
would not be out of order re euroland rally.I intend to ride this out with only ath’s before
a reasonable drop upsetting my plan.Just an extra note … I will close shorts on
friday (to avoid weekend surprises) and any
profits would be most welcome.Never give up, never surrender.
April 21, 2015 at 15:29 #13265Wow, those Dow longs got a 100pt chop at the open.
Never give up, never surrender.

April 21, 2015 at 21:48 #13279Read this…. jewish calendar crooks
seven year cycle last one was the biggest points dow drop in history in 2008…before that was the then biggest dow drop in sep 2001….
the next one sept 13th 2015 is also a solar eclipse…
April 21, 2015 at 23:12 #13281Podemos, Spain’s opposition party, are projected to win next election which has to be held before December 20th this year. More likely to be in October or November. They are the Syriza of Spain….
April 22, 2015 at 06:40 #13283Dan, I have posted before that the seven year cycle will
be a re-test or revisit to the credit crunch of 2008.I think it will prove that we have learnt nothing and
all the qe, huff and puff re bank regulation, has not
reduced the risks. Infact the risks are greater due
to the larger debt levels.Never give up, never surrender.
April 22, 2015 at 06:47 #13284My analysis has today as some sort of ‘h’ then
down into friday. After that a rally into EOM.There are inversions as with most cycles but
sometimes it is more due to early or late
timing in the window.EOM numbers are quite unusual. At first glance
it would be an ‘h’ so that’s what I plan for.Best be on guard for atleast one big move in
the next seven trading days, imho.Never give up, never surrender.
