SPX daily: looking at the daily chart, the most obvious conclusion is that we are in ‘five up’ which gives an eventual target around 3,351.
However an alternative view is we got a ‘three’ followed by an expanded flat B wave. If that’s true, we are now in ‘C’ up which is likely a five to around 3,123.
Whichever way I look at it, higher prices seem inevitable, unless of course something unexpected happens.
Note the Gann Angles.
Ftse in round numbers the stairs look like 6000 6250 6500
Stocks do look very bullish but my Project Bull/Bear
has a good track record although it’s only been in

Personally I was very surprised by yesterday’s action. Up until yesterday I thought I had this called perfect and expected it to be topping for a leg down. Yesterday was that mad rally that proved you wrong.
I need to see the subsequent action and pattern now before I decide to run thecthe underwater shorts, close them or hedge them.

This market was led up and yesterdays rally based on the FANGS. Sure there are elements of them that will benefit from people working from home, but likewise areas that wont.
I am so interested to see Apple’s results AMC today. They sell through stores are rely upon new products. Their products are manufactured in China. However, whatever the results, the spin could simply be “better than expected”.
The trend needs to change to down for bearish news to be seen as bearish. That will takes days of action, not hours.

A big spike across the board happened at 5.25am. Was that purely a run on the stops (as we are much lower) or was there some news at that time?
