Yes paps.
I still think the Ftse chart would look better
for a run at 6600 or atleast lower than we
have been in this move down.Never give up, never surrender.
September 26, 2014 at 18:35 #7954Can’t decide whether this is consolidation for more down next week, or, establishing a low for the time being and an up next week. US close might give a clue.
September 26, 2014 at 18:38 #7955I am pretty sure consolidation for more down Paps.
Lovely to see the happy memories of Hemscott talked about here. lol Telephone Man what a nutter. He threatened to write to his MP about me shorting the markets.
BertE must have made a killing unless ofcourse Bin Laden or the Banking crisis bankrupted him at spoos 666.
Plan your trade, trade your plan!
September 26, 2014 at 19:43 #7959Hi K, yes I remember Telephone man threatening to write to his MP. lol He was deadly serious as well.
This is a hell of a consolidation if that’s what it is. The action in the last hour makes me think it’s rally time on Mondy, PROVIDING it doesn’t sell off by close.
September 26, 2014 at 20:57 #7961Indeed Paps. WHen I posted it was just a lovely consolidation and everything looked bearish medium term with the first target still 1955 SPX.
Then came the usual pollux, WCB, out of the blue, all of a sudden and took it up slicing every resistance level above.
and the bloomie bimbo’s just said “Happy Friday”
Over to Monday now and its NFP’s next Friday
Plan your trade, trade your plan!
September 26, 2014 at 21:10 #7962That US happy hour stuff took Ftse ooh up with it.
I now have a small short at 6678 which may look dumb come monday
but atleast to put me in the red it would have to create a gap and
they have a good history of being filled. As usual the market parks at a place where most traders will not
want to be open into the weekend. For me this is still part of a series of short trades that started
at 6900 and so far it has been worth the ride.Never give up, never surrender.
September 26, 2014 at 22:46 #7963It Sounds like you have had a good week Cimac.
You have been disciplined, planned your trades, and traded your plan.
After my good start to the week my plan was to do very little.
I missed the drop but then it became a bit of a. Gamble. We all knew it should drop but as usual, the crooks had other ideas. Up over 10 Spoos points in 45 mins this evening. Who is buying ??
lets see what Monday brings then reassess. I’d like more up to short again.
September 27, 2014 at 07:32 #7966It Sounds like you have had a good week Cimac.
You have been disciplined, planned your trades, and traded your plan.Cheers Billy, your right on all counts.
Apart from retained profit lastweek is gone and we get a chance
to refresh our thoughts before having another go nextweek 🙂Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 06:40 #7970EcB on thursday plus the usual qe questions. NFP friday.
I guess bulls will hope for good news, whatever that is.So maybe some downside then up into those news and data events
and then some real downside into my prefered low mid October.Be nimble right from the off today, imho.
Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 08:16 #7972Re Ftse short @6678 … move stop to protect 25pts profit 🙂
Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 08:35 #7973Re Ftse short @6678 … move stop to protect 25pts profit

Move stop to 6628 and keep +50pts and expect it to be taken.
Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 11:12 #7977Move stop to 6628 and keep +50pts and expect it to be taken.
Stop was taken so profit was 50pts …. start looking for the next trade.
Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 12:13 #7978I don’t know what swings we will get as funds reposition
their holdings into the last day of the month and the
first day of the new month. This could be greater due
to it being end of quarter etc and further more it is
the start of the last quarter, which is also Xmas
bonus quarter.Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 14:28 #7979Ftse still looking at 6600 or just below which would
be a tough trade as it could gather speed down or
give a sharp bounce. It’s too near and not the
sort of trade I would choose, fwiw.Never give up, never surrender.
September 29, 2014 at 18:32 #7981Could do with another US happy hour of buying to crank
up the Ftse ooh for a short entry into tuesday.Never give up, never surrender.
