Today Ftse Dax Cac Ita Esp daily candles
favour the bears but it’s just one day.

Thursday is BoE and EcB rate decision.

Worth holding my Ftse short whilst we wait for more clarity.

What Detroit did, Chicago can do even bigger ?

But wait, we are always being told the US economy
is strong and all thanks to QE. Well no cos most
of the data is, let’s say, misleading ๐Ÿ˜‰

I shorted FTSE ย at 6960 this morning on the pop up at 8am but closed it far too early. A profit is a profit I suppose but annoyingly it could have been a much bigger one. Can’t go short again at this level but also scared to go long. Wait and see I guess, sit on hands time. Speaking of Hand, anyone played him at pool recently? ย ๐Ÿ™‚

I was relegated in the pool league so never met Hand again lol

I am surprised you didn’t though Paps, you old hustler you!

I am long and short equal amounts at the moment. Hurts my head.

                  ASX 200 @ Tue 3 Mar 15

The MONTHLY chart shows an alternative count for the price action from the August 2011 low (3765) that better accounts for the recent price action.

While it doesnโ€™t alter the larger ending diagonal pattern it does elevate the target range for the top to 5820 – 5940 (red horizontals) from 5482 – 5825 previously.

The index printed a 5996 high today, very close to a Fibonacci 76.4% retracement of the GFC sell-off. At todayโ€™s high the ratio of waves 1:3:5 is 100:165:107, very close to the ideal ratio of 100:163:100.

A breach of the February 13th low at 5739 (a potential 4th wave low) would increase confidence in this count.

Confirmation of the larger count reverts to a breach of the 4th wave low at 5122 (magenta horizontal).

For the US markets it could be all eyes on NFP friday.

Took the profit on the Ftse short and will await NFP
as I have a busy wednesday and thursday.

In the US it could be a long stop run and
then maybe a short stop run into NFP.

That would fit the recent game plan.

Strong finish for the Dax and a good rebound
off lods by others in euroland.

So will the US markets follow that scenario.

Dan said he is as long as he is short.

Makes him sound rather squart ๐Ÿ˜‰

                                  Dax short at 11417
                                  Dow long at 18112

I expect them both to pay out.

Dow target is just below aths.
Dax target just above Oct 2014 lows.

As per usual I will except less of a profit ๐Ÿ˜‰
