would’ve rather seen a gap down & go today . still , there is a signal for a 205x print or lower by Friday and I’m short for that , as the odds are good( nothing in life is certain) maybe the odds blow-up this time round , but for now I’ll only reconsider on a close above 2120.
system nailed it & closed half my shorts for 54 pts this morning. hope for a gap fill later , then time to see if she wants a 2020 print tomorrow….
March 26, 2015 at 11:05 #12789Excellent Cim. Great stuff.
I take it you have taken a holiday? Which country?
Seems like its a CGOS (Cimac Goes Away System). The moment you leave, the market tanks!Hi K … just a few days break away from trading.
Out and about in the South West.
Another break centred Easter.
Going to France in the summer.Good to see the downside.
Ftse was in my price and time window for a cit
but the wave count and pattern do not look as
one would expect so keep those short stops
in place as per kpad good practice.Never give up, never surrender.
March 26, 2015 at 11:08 #12790Well done baaa, the beers are on you.
Beers !?!
I think you could do better than that for your kpad mates 😉
Never give up, never surrender.

added bit back on the fill..should close lower than this later & worth a shot imo
March 26, 2015 at 19:41 #12837Decent bounce by Dax and US with the Ftse a bit limp.
Key is who controls friday and monday, imho.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 27, 2015 at 06:54 #12847I had a quick look at some charts and to me the bears task
is to retest each month’s low with Oct 2014 as the prize. What are the odds the bears can retest Oct 2014 low before
the bulls can retest ath ?I would say 50-50 which is the best odds the bears have
had to achieve anything for quite a while and they do
have the ball in their hands.Today and monday are key.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 27, 2015 at 07:13 #12848Bulls have to restrict the falls and each month’s
low back to Oct 2014 are also their must holds.I said before that the Ftse chart was not 100%
behind the bear case even though we have had
this drop from within my price & time window. As per normal it’s all to play for and for day
traders to take a balanced view and to cheer
both bulls and bears when they have the ball 😉Never give up, never surrender.
March 27, 2015 at 09:00 #12850Aside from the charts.
Those leaders up for election this year will not like
these market falls. So often they point to markets
and say, ‘markets are always right’, so just look
how well we are doing !You can bet they will try every trick and qe treat
in the book to halt this drop.Never give up, never surrender.
March 29, 2015 at 10:26 #12872Several unknowns this coming week will keep me on
alert and not trading full size.End Of Month and Start Of Month book rebalancing
by the investment ( sic ) funds.NFP
Easter holidays.
The current market weakness started in the new moon window so
will we see support in the full moon window which is centred
on 4th April, which being a saturday presents a wider window
for the Ftse which is closed friday and monday.Never give up, never surrender.
March 29, 2015 at 12:20 #12873Greece submitted a list of reforms aimed at getting support
from creditors for more cash and better terms with the
answer expected next week. The answer and market reaction is very much a wild card.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 29, 2015 at 19:44 #12875Greek proposals for a revised bailout program don’t have enough detail – are “piecemeal and vague” – to satisfy the government’s international creditors, eurozone officials said. Furthermore, as Dow Jones reports, EU finance ministers are unlikley to meet again until mid-April (and in the meantime, Greece has to pay salaries, pensions, and most critically IMF debts due on April 9th).
March 30, 2015 at 07:29 #12877Dan, on that basis I will short this Dax retest of 12000
even though the chart shows it may exceed the roundie
as it hunts the short stops that will be set above it 😉Never give up, never surrender.
March 30, 2015 at 07:55 #12878Greece situation is one of real suffering and hardship for the poor.
Set that against financial planing right out of Alice in Wonderland
on which the EcB et al is expected to write an open check that
the people in Germany etc, just don’t want to underwrite. It’s hard to know how this is going to work out.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 30, 2015 at 08:22 #12880Small short Ftse 6906 which is the next phase of my bigger
picture Ftse trading requiring a lot of time and margin.Just FYI and no advice intended as per kpad rules.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 30, 2015 at 08:32 #12882How annoying, whilst working on the Ftse short the Dax
started to drop so I squeezed the stop only to find
the Dax started up again, which took me out. There is a new rule, only setup one trade at a time.
Time to enjoy this sun in the South West and dream
of good profits from my Ftse short 😉Never give up, never surrender.
