After OE on the up tick we were always likely
to see a retrace into end of month.Never give up, never surrender.
January 27, 2020 at 15:23 #28857Looks like Dow cash will open near futures low.
Dow 28500 28300 28150 are all levels of interest.
Still looking for S3 pt5 as a clue.
Never give up, never surrender.
January 27, 2020 at 17:27 #28858My next Dow time window of interest is 18:30 – 20:30 gmt
Never give up, never surrender.
January 27, 2020 at 18:42 #28859Dow 28650 and I am now flat.
I would rather wait and take a position later because
of mixed indicators and wanting to retain a profit.Never give up, never surrender.

This looks the deal but does not tell where Dow closes.
Never give up, never surrender.

That’s done it for me … off for a beer that will be quite
expensive compared to our island hopping hatman !Never give up, never surrender.
January 28, 2020 at 16:40 #28863Small short Dow at 28730 … stop 29500 … 28250 ( x 2 )
I will hold through FMOC into EOM.
This week will be a rough ride for bulls and bears !
Never give up, never surrender.

January 29, 2020 at 03:16 #28865SPX: in these charts from the middle of January I postulated that spx would have no option but to try for at least 3,456. Nothing (yet) has happened that has changed my mind. The current correction is very small given what is happening in the world, and my feeling is that the slightest sign of any resolution (such as a reduction in the multiplier of infections) and the markets will be off to the races again.

Notice how the Dow RSI is trying for support at the 50 middle line, just as it did in the earlier small correction. At the moment this is a bullish indicator, but of course will become bearish if it shows a peak and reversal around that 50 area.

It can complete the ‘three’ as a rising wedge simply by this small correction overlapping 28,000 to produce wave ‘B’ of the rise.

Possible drop into EOM could complete the retrace.
Never give up, never surrender.
