I could short 1739.25 here with a limit to close at 1737.25 and am very confident it will get hit, but really this market is a joke today, so not interested in wasting time or money on it

As it stands a KTS will trigger at close. MS is on trigger for a short signal. It is day after a possible GFS failure.
