After monday’s rally euroland has a consolidation
look today which the US may want to follow.Wednesday the Dow could push up to 20500 ish
and then the small retrace is due.One day at a time.

Hope its not a first hour shallow low then slow crawl up all session,a la s2l. Its certaily a tough cookie to crack.held off on adding short last night.
Ftse and Dax had early hods so look like s2h and I would
favour that for the US markets.Of late std lean has been bent by data and Fed speak
which says we rally on our nerves.If the bears can’t convert price into some down then
the odds are we rally tomorrow, imho.Dow above 20500 – Ftse above 7300 – Dax above 11800
on wednesday by just enough to take out stops would

US rally has gone past the normal ‘h’ by time
for an s2h unless it is an ‘A’ shape where

Dow futs went to 20525 which would be the zone I had
in mind for this wave to end as it would take out
the stops above 20500.Have wait for Dow rth to confirm this move.

There is something not quite right with the
price vs time vs wave count for the Dow.The view I gave above re 20500 + stop run
for some kind of ‘h’ seems valid but we
need rth confirmation.It’s what happens after that I have a few
doubts with. So the drop should be traded
with trailing stops as it may not be as

Euroland looked like s2h tuesday and s3h today.
US is a puzzle because tuesday ended at the hod
which tends to be s2lSo is the US s3l today or are we in for a big
spill down to make yesterday an s2h.Best to keep an open mind and wear seatbelts.

There is a huge amount of US data starting at 13:30 (gmt)
with some more almost through out the session.Plus we have Fed speak.

STD and EW are proving no match for this bull market
