We have a new KTS triggered at close on 14/03/2016.
It is now negated after DAY8.

ESH1 NEXT DAY (KHC+3)
USUALLY GIVES +3, IF IT GAPS DOWN THEN IT CAN GIVE A DDDD AND THEN BOUNCE AND MAKES A +3 LESS LIKELY.

CAN BE A TRENDING DAY. IF NO +3 AND THEN IT TRADES <-4, IT CAN THEN TREND DOWN. LIKEWISE IF NO -3 AND THEN IT TRADES >+4, IT CAN THEN TREND UP.

MORE CHANCE OF DOWNSIDE THAN UPSIDE, USUALLY TRADE POSITIVE AT SOME POINT, NORMALLY GET -3, IF NO -3 THEN RARELY CLOSE AT HIGHS, UPSIDE UNSUSTAINABLE & CLOSE WITH LITTLE CHANGE ON THE DAY. CHANCES OF -7, -10 & -17 ALSO. THE CLOSE CAN BE VERY ERRATIC. ALSO AFTER THIS SYSTEM THERE IS ANOTHER CHANCE OF A -3 THE NEXT DAY

VERY ERRATIC SYSTEM IN TERMS OF HIGH/LOW/CLOSE. USUALLY IS A DOJI DAY WITHIN +5 / -5. TRADING > +5 USUALLY CLOSES POSITIVE, TRADING < -5 CLOSES NEGATIVE. THAT’S WHEN IT BECOMES A TRENDING SYSTEM

Spoos closed at 2048.75 (basis Jun)

K+3 = 2051.75

K-3 = 2045.75

Conclusion

We have 2 KHC+3 SYSTEMS in play.

We have a KTB DAY3 in play.

So the KTS’s failed yet the KTB just wants to go mad up.

+10 already.

ES is up 250 points form the recent low.

1/2 way now in 2040/2080 area.

This is a definite problem. Either this is a spike high now or it is on the way to new highs.

Cannot add to shorts sadly when it gets like this

We need BDIP’s, we need a KTS that can work, we need MS short that triggers and not evades.

The signals will be there hopefully when its time

VIX/VXN is getting back to the very lows again.

I am close to calling a 30-50-70 point retrace again but I think it needs a new high spike first.

We hit 2072.21 today out of the 2040 / 2080 topping idea also
