                It does however tie in with a KTS which has triggered at close.

                End of KTB mustard thankfully.

                However this trend is so nasty, it may need a 2nd KTS to send this down.

                      In other words, it is only thanks to the oldest trick in the book, an artificially low tax rate, that INTC was able to make its plunging pretax net income, which was down 25% from a year ago, better than expected, and make its EPS of $0.55 equal to the $0.55 reported one year ago, despite the abovementioned 25% plunge in pretax net income.

                      If INTC had used a 29% tax rate, EPS would have been $0.43, a 7 cent loss.
