I have 1 long in Gold, 1 long in Silver, 1 short on Dow, 8 shorts in spoos & 2 swing positions in spoos open.

We have a BDIP triggered at close on 30/11/2016.
It is now negated after DAY4.DAY1… We got a low of -12.75.
DAY2… We got a low of -7.75.
DAY3… We got a low of -13.00.
DAY4… We got a low of -4.50.We have a Borderline BDIP triggered at close on 23/11/2016.
It is now negated after DAY4.DAY1… We got a low of -3.25.
DAY2… We got a low of -13.00.

Very painful grind continues.
I am very comfortable in terms of position size and very grateful to Brexit and Trump for the spike lows.
I feel bad that I did not manage to play Renzi low but that was a different ballgame as the low came in on gloves reopen on Sunday night.
I am happy to and have the capacity to add to shorts but seems futile still.
Nothing to do until we get a signal or its an extreme.

Wow my Post 2 today was spot on. Got to watch and wait although this does feel an extreme.
I have still not added to shorts and overjoyed with Silver today which has flown since I longed.

I always expect a spike down, scary low before a crooks quad oe, but todays move up is scary in a way as it can be a su, grind, su, grind, su pattern.
Lets hope I am wrong.
