The week of the 4th July holiday tends to be bullish.

DOW: it fell through the 21 day average and very quickly fell to touch the 50 day. From the chart one can see that the 21 day and 50 day are important for the Dow.
The 21 day is now curling over. The Dow *might* want to test that line from below, currently at 26,000. Or, it might continue to fall.
I don’t have a count at the moment and I’m happy to stand aside for a while to see what develops.

DOW: in the short term the Dow appears to have completed an ABC decline to touch the 50 day MA. The drop on Friday was a five wave thing that finished at exactly 0.618*A.
Of course it can continue lower if it wants to (in which case much lower prices are in store), but for the moment an ABC is complete and *might* prompt a rally.
