NAS did and is above it.

Such a massive disconnect between value and economic data. Sure it is nothing new for us since 2008, but it still really amazes me.
There are massive, massive issues out there no matter how much money the fed pumps in.
Look at it another ray, low rates means low inflation, that itself impacts revenue and margins.
High Streets will be even more dead now inc. shopping malls. I was 50% online as it was, I am 100% online now.
