THE LEVELS Resistance is at 1738/40 before 1743/5. Above that madness continues Support is at 1735. Below that it should fall to 1730 and below that we can print the open gap at 1727.75 Good luck.
Market got to 1755.50 on NFP spike, stayed around there and then the RTH opening rally took off from there.
It then came back to 1743 and now up again.
Low was 1736 vs 1735 support.
Sadly basis that I put my limits in at 1735.50 to close my 1739 short and it missed it by 0.50 and I was not here to take it manually. DOs law

October 22, 2013 at 19:27 #1741Right the good news is DDDD SYSTEM has triggered which means we see a DDDD within 2 days.
The bad news is that it remains in mad TREND UP SU mode.
KASI in the meantime is now even closer to a short.

October 22, 2013 at 19:29 #1742If it wants to tank into close then once SU level breaks and then intraday cit level at 1745 then we should see 1739/40 and MS target will be calling.
However as I say it needs to break supports and intraday levels which it is just not doing and hence TREND UP and its dipsters delight

October 22, 2013 at 19:41 #1743Low then 1746.50 vs 1746 SU level.
Shorting remains futile and hence no addons

Plan your trade, trade your plan!
October 22, 2013 at 20:04 #1747110 points up now out of the 70-130 point up with TREND UP
A crude measure says 20 points max left which will put us at 1776 spx.
Which as it happens was the 177x.x print that was “expected” once it broke up.
Question is does it do it in a straight line or after a retrace.
We spoke about a possible 1800 SPX by the end of the year, that implies a we should get a good correction first.
For me I will let the SYSTEMS dictate

October 22, 2013 at 20:05 #1748Now the worry is that after todays doji it is onwards and upwards tomorrow. Lets see what the SYSTEMS say. KTS remains on.
and it is just that after yesterdays doji.
This is exactly the same as all previous MAD MODES in QE.
Plan your trade, trade your plan!
October 22, 2013 at 20:07 #1749The problem is that in MAD MODE overextended means absolutely nothing.
Computers are buying this with printed money. Crazy scenario. So long as money is printed for free, this action will remain.
Stopping printing or thread of stopping printing is all that can change this and ofcourse when we just simply get too overextended and then we get a one day wonder sell off.

October 22, 2013 at 20:12 #1750If I was to short again, it would be here at 1751.75.

October 22, 2013 at 20:33 #1753Sure thing! That stopped it in its tracks!! Ha
October 22, 2013 at 20:35 #1754I am so convinced the next move is a move to 1740/3 as a minimum
However being convinced is simply not good enough in this mad market.

October 22, 2013 at 20:51 #1755SU level now 1748.
