Day traders get the movement they need, either side of the pond.

So far the back from holiday markets have been much better and
we still have that EcB puff ball on thursday.

spx creeps upto 2186 … out of sync with ftse dax and even dow .. pro rata.

Close the 2186 as near as 2180 as can be.

Flat now and will wait for EcB thursday.

I want to short stocks higher than they are so far this week.

US ooh is very weak atm as it follows euroland down
after the latters earlier hod.

Dow 18350 ooh for a run at 18400 in rth would be my
pick if still trading.

Re the US …

… is this a real drop( it has taken out a lot of support )
… or is this part of the roll over from Sept to Dec and
the start of the quad witch games.

I expect a lot of money changes hands today.

They say a lot of smaller spx traders were short
so a good day for them, for a change.

This action will have taken out a lot of long stops
and have the short stops lowering( we hope ).

When we close the charts can be recounted etc.
