Welcome to November at kpad
Never give up, never surrender.
October 31, 2018 at 18:47 #26129When I returned to the kpad after an 18 month holiday
my posts were about the wave count for the Dow.
I thought that most of this year the Dow has been in
an irregular / flat / ‘abc’ 4th wave retrace and after
that we would rally into a 5th wave new ath.The low this week printed a price which I think is
the minimum to keep my and only my count alive.I know others have the 5th wave complete and it’s
all down hill for quite a while.Never give up, never surrender.
October 31, 2018 at 18:55 #26130You may have your own views and neither option is right.
In trading it’s not all about being right. Knowing when
your wrong and correcting it is very important to.So, is the current rally from this week’s low a trip
to new ath’s or just a dead cat bounce.Answers on the back of a £50 note please.
Until we get the answer let’s take extra care.
Never give up, never surrender.
October 31, 2018 at 19:13 #26131The Dow is currently in that wide zone of better
known fib retrace levels (if this is a retrace)
and so we need to be alert because a dead cat
bounce usually has a hard fall afterwards.Anything above Dow 25250 is a red alert zone.
Small short Dow at 25250
That is my final short trade until ‘we know’
what and where we are !Never give up, never surrender.
October 31, 2018 at 19:52 #26132Hi Cimac,
I wonder whether they rally a bit more as fund managers have had an awful October.
1st of the month also brings money in so was wary of shorting today.
October 31, 2018 at 21:22 #26133Hi kitsu
1st November does not always follow other months
in the amount of buying.Good idea to wait and see but I am in already.
Never give up, never surrender.
October 31, 2018 at 22:25 #26134hi, surprised to see this still going. how many of the old k’padders still trading??
November 1, 2018 at 05:08 #26135Good Morning Cimac et al
Intraday Zoomed in SPOOS “Numbhas”
Small droplets of rain turn into Rivers, Streams and Mighty Oceans
November 1, 2018 at 07:47 #26136Closed both my 25000 and 25250 shorts at 25125 overnight
for a net b/e. I adjusted the stops after the late drop
for safety and it kinda worked, I suppose.Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 08:36 #26137Small short Dow at 25160
At that price we would have to gap up
and then have another gap to close in
this rally from the early week low.Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 12:39 #26138Small short Ftse at 7160 … target 6150
Small short eurgbp at 0.8835 … target 0.8000
Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 13:44 #26139Well the Ftse Dax Dow et al have all had good rallies
up into zones where that rally could falter.Late weakness today and friday and monday is required
to confirm atleast this sub wave up has peaked. For the Dow draw a line from this week’s low up to
the hod yesterday. That should be our main focus.November should spill the beans re wave counts and
several potential patterns and lines in the sand.Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 13:47 #26140When the trading fun stops. Stop trading 🙂
Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 16:39 #26141Ftse and Dax have an S3H look about them.
It’s possible Dow is on the same route.
Ftse and Dax may be S3H ‘solid’.
Closing action will tell the story.
Never give up, never surrender.
November 1, 2018 at 17:09 #26142Small short Ftse at 7160 … target 6150
Small short eurgbp at 0.8835 … target 0.8000
Closed at 7110 and 0.8788
Never give up, never surrender.
