Taken off 20% of spx shorts for 60+ pts , to make the balance pretty risk free . Would like to see a weekly close today below 2100 to confirm things .
Who knows about next week , but my bias(whilst below 2100ish) is to see 2030 and if we break that lower still. Some of the weekly gaps below need filling imo to set up another rally.
As expected margin requirements have been increased by some
providers for trading tomorrow.Ftse & Dax 4 x normal – Dow & spx 2 x normal
They could rise again nearer the US election.
Around the Brexit vote Ftse was 10 x normal at some providers.
Atm I have no open positions but if I do then I will budget

Whilst we continue to get Dow ooh movement I will attempt
to improve my short entry point before the close.In an ideal world I want a short entry 18200 – 18250 at
no extra cost than when I started this trade setup.Much work to be done but then I am at home all day.

The reason I want 18200-18250 is that I think
this rally from below 18000 tops at 18500
and then drops to complete the retrace
and then goes to new aths.The only thing which would blow this trade
would be a grind to Dow 19300 without
atleast a drop below 18000 first.If this does go tits then I take a multi
week Christmas holiday and trade again
in early 2017 with fresh ideas, money
and analysis to short the new aths.Never give up, never surrender.
