Intraday wise …. I banked 10 points in spoos today.
I have 1 short in Ftse & 13 shorts in spoos and 2 swing positions open.

We have a KTS triggered at close on 19/09/13.
TODAY IS DAY7.SYSTEM BDIP
None in play.
DDUD
We have a DDUD season triggered at close on 11/07/2013.
It is now negated after DAY2.SYSTEMS TRIGGERED
SYSTEM ESA (KHC+3)
SHOULD GET +3/+5/+7, HOWEVER IT CAN BE AFTER A DRAWDOWN, CLUE IS TRADING > +2.SYSTEM ESH1
MORE CHANCE OF UPSIDE THAN DOWNSIDE, USUALLY TRADE -VE AT SOME POINT, NORMALLY GET +3, IF NO +3 THEN RARELY CLOSES AT LOWS, DOWNSIDE UNSUSTAINABLE. CHANCES OF +5, +7 ALSO. ALSO THE CLOSE CAN BE VERY ERRATIC. AFTER THIS SYSTEM THERE IS ANOTHER CHANCE OF A +3 THE NEXT DAYES 5C (KHC+3)
USUALLY GIVE A +3 AND CLOSES POSITIVE. RARELY CLOSES AT LOWSSpoos closed at 1685.25 (basis Dec)
K+3 = 1688.25
K -3 = 1682.25
Conclusion
We have 2 KHC+3 SYSTEMS in play.
We have a KTS DAY7 in play.

Well as far as I am concerned it needs to still prove it is not in TREND DOWN and for me we are on tract to start another leg down anytime and print that 167x.x SPX print very soon.
We shall see what WNER brings but again no crooksday rally so maybe no WNER rally to confirm a CIT

The second KTS has indeed been stellar and today was DAY7.
No idea if there is any news for this but here is the SPX 167x.x.
1669 is the next gap open on ES which is 1671.71 on SPX.
Lets see where we are in the morning as I have no intention of buying a DOWNTREND here

Its 9am and still -13.
However tempting it is to long for WNER and also in consideration that a shutdown will be averted last minute (usual fun and games and trickery crookery), One just cannot.
What if the crooks have changed the game and want to cash up their winnings from the free QE money?
Not a risk I want to take.
I banked 26.50 points on S&P here last week with none carried forward form the week again.

Right having printed 167x.x on SPX now, next target is circa 1660 SPX.

First resistance now is 1675 ES and then 1680 ES.

I will be surprised if GFS is wrong but then again it is WNER.

Now they are saying that if we get a government shutdown, there will be no jobs report on Friday (ie NFP’s)
and despite all this the market wants to rally (now only -6 on ES)
This QE warped market is far from a free market. Its a total joke.
Due to playing safe until we got confirmation on TREND, I did not sell on Friday due to WNER and I did not buy today due to fiscal cliff pollux.
