Intraday wise …. I banked 0 points in spoos today.
I have 1 short in Ftse & 17 shorts in spoos and 2 swing positions open.

IT IS NOW NEGATED AFTER DAY4.KTS
We have a KTS5 triggered at close on 11/12/2013.
TODAY IS DAY3.SYSTEM BDIP
We have a BDIP triggered at close on 09/12/2013.
It is now negated after DAY4.DAY1… We got a low of -8.00.
DAY2… We got a low of -24.00.
DAY3… We got a low of -9.00.
DAY4… We got a low of -3.00.We have a BDIP triggered at close on 04/12/2013.
It is now negated after DAY4.DAY1… We got a low of -10.00.
DAY2… We got a low of +0.25.
DAY3… We got a low of -1.00.
DAY4… We got a low of -8.00.DDUD
We have a DDUD season triggered at close on 11/07/2013.

SHOULD GIVE A +3/+5. GOOD CHANCE OF A POSITIVE CLOSE. CAN GIVE A GOOD NEGATIVE PRINT ALSO INTRADAY.SPXC
Spx <-4 should give big down -7/-10. Likewise <+3 high will trade negative and close negative. Conclusion may be short +2 Spx. Rarely closes at highsSpoos closed at 1773.25 (basis Dec)
K+3 = 1776.25
K-3 = 1770.25
Conclusion

Last week was just amazing with 5 carry over shorts closed and the majority for the 10 pointers.
So where now (a little late)
Its WNER. Even if its weak it usually means upside contained or GRIND SU which lets us short for good points to bank on Tuesday.
We also have a KHC+5.
However Friday was a very weak Crooksday so not only can it be a weak WNER but can be a down WNER.
Main Resistance remains 1780/3 and only above that can it rally again properly.
Its hard for me to type much more due to me typing it late and the action already happened.

Wow we got a -13 overnight. That is on a WNER day.
My closest chort here is 1758.25 and so nothing got done for me.
Since that -13 spike (basis bad china and japan numbers) its been rallying.
That is just the problem, crooks are programmed to buy dips.
However for now it remains TREND DOWN, however we are now in crooks quad oe week and then XMAS rally and then EOY.
Tough call to be able to place shorts and run them when not at screens watching it, during this period

that is well annoying how they rallied it from the overnight spike.
I saw -8 and left as I thought we’d revisit low. Now its only -3.
Who knows but I would like to see this drift back towards overnight low as otherwise it could be some crooked spike bottom for oe week. As you say a tough call.
There again the complacency is massive. Bull to bear at highest since spring 1987 according to that zerohedge article…. still from spring that year to october crash it rallied like mad.

This is why it is very important to have limits in.
I have shorted every Friday for God knows how long recently.
This one I decided not to in view of crooks quad oe this week.
Had I shorted I would have had the 10 point limits in and that would have been absolutely the right thing to do.

I have closed them…
irritating as it was to see -8 and not take, closing at -1 still gave me total 11 points. I had three shorts so now flat.
The worst that can happen is I have made a profit and it goes back down.
