ESH1 NEXT DAY (KHC+3)
USUALLY GIVES +3, IF IT GAPS DOWN THEN IT CAN GIVE A DDDD AND THEN BOUNCE AND MAKES A +3 LESS LIKELY.ESL4 ND
IF IT CAN GET BELOW A -3, THEN IT CAN BE A DDDDESC
CAN GET A +3 BUT SHOULD GET A -3. CHANCES OF -5, -7, -10ESH2 (KHC+3)
CAN GIVE +3,+5,+7,+10. HOWEVER FAILURE TO PRINT +3 USUALLY RESULTS IN DOUBLE DIGIT DOWN DAY. DOES NOT USUALLY CLOSE AT HIGHS.ESL5
SHOULD GET A DECENT NEGATIVE PRINTSYSTEM 68
USUALLY GIVES -3 AND A +3SPXC
Spx <-4 should give big down -7/-10. Likewise <+3 high will trade negative and close negative. Conclusion may be short +2 Spx. Rarely closes at highsSYSTEM SPXL1
VERY ERRATIC SYSTEM IN TERMS OF HIGH/LOW/CLOSE. USUALLY IS A DOJI DAY WITHIN +5 / -5. TRADING > +5 USUALLY CLOSES POSITIVE, TRADING < -5 CLOSES NEGATIVE. THAT’S WHEN IT BECOMES A TRENDING SYSTEMSpoos closed at 2160.50 (basis Dec)
K+3 = 2163.50
K-3 = 2157.50
Conclusion
We have 2 KHC+3 SYSTEMS in play.
We also have a BDIP DAY2, BDIP DAY3, DDUD DAY9 & KTS2 DAY1 in play.
