Welcome to the merry month of May.
Never give up, never surrender.
May 2, 2015 at 08:40 #13449Friday the Ftse had a good rally off the early lod, which did not
even stop at the 6985 close but went onto 7035 at the US close !!That looks like a stop run to me when many were already down the
pub or pranching around the disco’s. Could be a shock when they
look at their accounts. Never turn your back on the markets.Never give up, never surrender.
May 2, 2015 at 08:48 #13450Current picture is Ftse 6900 test held and we are either
in a dead cat bounce or a run up to new ath’s.Which puts anyone who shorted the friday ooh late high
right in the mix. A good position, imho.I will be back trading around tuesday’s US open and
expect some good trading action, all week.Never give up, never surrender.
May 3, 2015 at 08:35 #13451Japan and euroland are still in their qe phases so what stock
markets do there could be key to odds of, highs in or not.Greece is a wildcard but whatever deal is done, it’s not a
lasting solution, niether will any market rejoice.
Spain goes to the polls later this year and we may see a
rerun of what has happened in Greece.
Ukraine is a fire not yet out and most likely it will
reignite later this year.As for Japan, many thousands of tons of radioactive water,
from the Fukushima nuke plant, would be a grave concern.Never give up, never surrender.
May 3, 2015 at 13:32 #13452This is curious…. An old article but still….
“The state of Texas is contemplating creating a bill to create the Texas Bullion Depository to protect its gold. It will abandon its New York depository and move their gold back stateside. If the U.S. Federal Government tries to come for their gold the state says it is prepared to fight with the 10th amendment. Arguing that state’s rights trump any order by the federal government.”

May 3, 2015 at 13:38 #13453The Stated purpose written right into the bill is to:
Provide basis for intergovernmental payments and transactions between persons.
Create a process and mechanism by which to function in a systemic national or international collapse.May 3, 2015 at 14:26 #13454Thanks Dan
It would protect them (Texas) from demands, the like of which
we have seen by, Greece central to local councils etc. Those who want more power to euroland central, take note.
Never give up, never surrender.
May 4, 2015 at 06:59 #13457Dax futures open in a few minutes and we could see
some adjustments to the thursday closing price
as this market was shut during friday’s rally.Rth could be worth trading all day long if we do
get a pop, drop, grind, sort of day.I will be trading again tuesday but for today
it’s food, wine and good company 🙂Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 08:31 #13479Dax on monday was as expected a pop – drop – grind.
What can the bulls hold onto from monday(early doors today for Ftse)
is the next question.
I class it as bears today bulls wednesday in the fight for price.Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 09:51 #13480Interesting action by the Dax and as it’s a qe market
as is the Nikki, we watch them like a hawk.Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 14:00 #13483Market drops on US data and the Ftse is back to the close on friday.
Now an area which bulls would not want to let go of really as it
would bring in another test of two channels, one above and one
below 6900, which are near term must holds IF new ath’s are
to remain on the menu.No positions for me.
Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 16:04 #13484I class it as bears today bulls wednesday in the fight for price.
It’s not the way you start, it’s the way that you finish.
On that basis and with 30mins to go, I think we got today
right for the Ftse and the bears take the day. This sets up a must rally for the bulls wednesday else
they could let this slip away.Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 16:20 #13485Ftse 6950 – Dow 18000 atm.
What I would like is the US to rally into it’s close and
set a potential big gap up for the Ftse on wednesday. It’s a wish, not an expectation.
Never give up, never surrender.
May 5, 2015 at 22:33 #13492http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-05-05/two-chinese-warships-enter-black-sea
chinese war ships in Black Sea….
joint Russia China exercise – that should piss NATO off…
May 6, 2015 at 06:47 #13493Ftse bulls need a repeat of last friday’s move
when they found support within the first hour
and then rallied all day and on into ooh.It looks a stretch but don’t rule it out.
Never give up, never surrender.
