Another aspect of QE problems unwinding would be if the EcB
decide to sell the euro lower.

Hence cause the holders of euroland junk bonds to wonder
if the higher interest is worth a lower exchange rate.
Up until now they have had their cake and eat it.
Could all end in a big run to the exits.

      Never give up, never surrender.

I still like Ftse 6800 for a short with a risk of 7000
but better reasons to revisit many lower levels
            with 6500 6400 6000 as my favorites.

Next week looks interesting and I want to be well
in profit on this Ftse short by the end of it 😉

Of the three shorts I mentioned the Euro and Cable
are in the money and cannot be losers (with stops).

So we just have the Ftse and I don’t hold out any
              hope until next week.

              See ya then.

Latest set of figures are said to show the UK is nearly
back to the financial / activity levels of pre crash.

I am not sure the figures are correct or that prices
paid offset the suffering that has been borne.

However, the last resort of the foolish is to say
it would have been worse if we had not acted.

Keep that in mind guys as we proceed into 2014.

                  Re the Ftse

I have next week as bearish.

I am not sure if todays spike to circa 6835 was the last
move up as there is a valid case for circa 6870.

Always tricky and prone to failures within the last bit
                  of any move.

Whatever happens at this x roads, bulls and bears are
playing in the red zone 😉

I have next week as bearish but it’s OE on friday
so that could delay the sell in May with punters
wanting a last move up before their holidays.

As always the trick is to stand aside or just take
a small pilot trade ( like my Ftse short ), then
wait for the market to confirm its direction.

                    Never give up, never surrender.

The risk of 6870 zone confirmed today.

Added 2nd Ftse short at 6875 and once again it
                      is a small position.

We still have OE to get through.

Atleast the Cable and Euro shorts worked so
we are not put out really.

                      Never give up, never surrender.

                        Small short s&p at 1900

No more trades for me now until after OE.

Booked the Cable and Euro short profits.

Now just the s&p 1900 and Ftse 6875 6800 shorts to play
using normal kpad rules for trailing stops etc etc.

S&P could hit +1950 and Ftse +6900 so take care when
                          playing with pre OE fire.

                          Never give up, never surrender.

Took the money from s&p short, may go again if we get
                            a move above 1900.

Just the Ftse short to manage past OE and that will
be a waiting game. The position is small enough to
maintain it 24/7 as it’s my early seat on the train
which I expect to go down the line after OE.

                            Never give up, never surrender.

                              Well done CIM.

Makes sense with FTSE up into close and oe on Friday.
