Small short spx500 at 1800.1 with a plan to hold
through the upside for the greater downside.I can do this due to holding recent profits and
feeling able to risk all my 2014 gains, fwiw.Deffo no advice for others to follow.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 6, 2014 at 16:46 #48921800.1 ????? Do you mean 1880.1 ?
March 6, 2014 at 17:29 #48951800.1 ????? Do you mean 1880.1 ?
Ha ha …. well spotted …. yes it’s 1880.1
If it had been 1800.1 then they saw me coming 🙂I think down monday and up tuesday may have taken
it’s toll on day traders accounts.Never give up, never surrender.
March 6, 2014 at 18:48 #4899A re-test of market prices seen on 240613 would be
logical once this move up gets exhausted, imho.Never give up, never surrender.
March 6, 2014 at 19:26 #4900The Pentagon says six US F-15 jets and 60 US military personnel have now arrived in Lithuania to bolster air patrols over the Baltics, Associated Press reports. This adds to the four F-15s and 150 troops that are already patrolling in the area.
This isn’t looking good to me. It looks to me as if The Americans want a fight more than The Russians.
March 6, 2014 at 19:38 #4901The key could be the reaction of countries who were
under the control of the Russians in the USSR days.Poland Hungary Bulgaria etc etc could well put all
their armed forces on alert, if not already, imho.Never give up, never surrender.
March 6, 2014 at 19:52 #4904Bullish counts abound and so it seems Cable Euro gold and
most stock markets are headed much higher. On this basis
only the greenback is seen as bearish.I would want to get past next monday first before joining
the in crowd 😉Never give up, never surrender.
March 7, 2014 at 09:00 #4910US new highs and Euroland off highs, the spotlight
is maybe on NFP to better realign these markets.Never give up, never surrender.
March 7, 2014 at 13:07 #4912short again from yesterday . Breadth getting narrower every week and we’re back in the days ala 1972 , where the “nifty fifty” carried the indices higher whilst the majority of constituents broke down . That’s why the Dow is lagging and c**p like Tesla ,Netflix, etc is still leading .
Number of stocks trading above their long term averages is in decline – down 15% or more over the last 6 months alone. doesn’t mean it’ll fall off a cliff , but indicative of a top being formed .
just might take a bit longer yet to give us the 15-20% decline we’re due.
March 7, 2014 at 14:07 #4922NFP numbers above expectations but unemployment rate increases
so you can make out of that what you will. Then revise it all
next month … crackers !Never give up, never surrender.
March 7, 2014 at 16:05 #4926Few want to hold euroland stocks over this weekend.
Never give up, never surrender.
March 8, 2014 at 11:54 #4930Euro is interesting? Breakout or fakeout!
im really not sure!
March 8, 2014 at 22:19 #4931So, America is debted to the hilt and primed, ready to blow. It’s gonna crash.
They can’t take the blame themselves.
So, engineer a crisis (with Russia). Russia get annoyed, sell all their foreign reserve dollars and crash, bang, wallop. It’s all Putin’s fault!! Perfect!
Thus, will we see The West escalate this situation (in a subtle way of course)….as they “need” the excuse for the coming collapse.
March 9, 2014 at 08:07 #4932The count down to further troubles in Crimea has already started
with the vote on 16th March to confirm joining Russia.
If that is YES then what happens to the airforce, army and navy
Ukraine has stationed in Crimea.
Those forces are held hostage in and on their bases and ships
but a YES would enable Russia to say they are enemy forces on
their soil and ‘deal’ with them.Never give up, never surrender.

This isn’t looking good to me. It looks to me as if The Americans want a fight more than The Russians.USS Truxtun is also moving into the Black Sea. It’s a destroyer but not like
anything from your WW2 films. Missiles for anti ship, sub, aircraft and land.Never give up, never surrender.
