Hi Cimac,
The low of 2002 to the high in 2007 took 64 months. Then it halved it one and a half years.
the 2009 low to now is 63 months…. so by Xmas 2016 spoos will be 1000 :p

June 4, 2014 at 10:28 #6218Italy and Spain minus 1% each. Be nice if it’s one of those days where they end up minus 3 or 4%. 🙂 Instead of bloody bouncing…lol
June 4, 2014 at 11:15 #6219Hi Dan
The main stock markets ‘should’ go down hard but there remains
a real risk of higher highs.I have said for some time that Ftse 6000 comes before 7000 but
even if it is the other way around, I intend to be ready and
willing to trade the wheels off that wagon 🙂Never give up, never surrender.
June 4, 2014 at 18:26 #6225Dow – Nas – s&p all playing the same tune today and
leaving the Dax behind. Ftse all on it’s own again.Never give up, never surrender.
June 4, 2014 at 18:35 #6226Only for today, I have entry orders to open
small shorts at these levels.Dow 16750
s&p 1930
Nas 3750Never give up, never surrender.
June 4, 2014 at 19:21 #6227This was my first post after last nights SYSTEMS for today.
ES18 worries me a little.
I hope not but I can see a 1925/7 which is a 3+/+5
Then at open it was this
Resistance is now 1920.
 Gap is 1922.
So if it can hold below 1920/2 now then there is hope.
1914/6 remain support
We hit 1916 support as a low and 1927 as a high.
Infact that 1925/7 has been total resistance
Still no sign of a KTS at close sadly.
 1925/7 is here nearly.
Thats the +3/+5 as per above.
I was so tempted to long but said a while ago that no longs from that day and am sticking to that plan.
I cannot short this today as it stands, incase this is now final stage blow off top into nfp’s and then quad expiry
I mentioned the word tormenting for now and that word remains the main word
Plan your trade, trade your plan!

June 4, 2014 at 22:30 #6237Heh Paps,
How you doing me old butterfly!!?
Are you shorter than a small dwarf yet? 🙂
Dan.
June 4, 2014 at 23:10 #6240Hi Rupert,
Doing ok thanks, how about you?
I’m lightly short, not going too heavy till I’m confident it’s going down for real.
Then I will be shorter than a short thing on a short trip to shortsville  🙂
June 5, 2014 at 08:03 #6242Well here we are on ECB day.
The only way out of euroland woes is to boost the REAL economy
and that is house hold incomes, nothing else will work.IF the ECB were to start a trillion euro qe programme then it
would burn the bears badly. They are the two main issues, anything else is moving chairs
around on the deck of the Titanic. That’s my take on it and I have no trades open atm.
Never give up, never surrender.
June 5, 2014 at 13:40 #6246Well the ECB did what the market wanted and hints
at what could be a QE program. This last bit is
unclear and vital to full market expectations.Euroland can’t lift the rest of the world but in
these low volume summer markets we could
see a few more higher highs.Never give up, never surrender.
June 5, 2014 at 15:12 #6248Good two way action for day traders.
Have to look at today’s daily candle on the Dax when
it does it’s final print.Never give up, never surrender.
June 5, 2014 at 15:40 #6249Is that the final top now for a while? Â Is it going down for real now?
Answers on a postcard, I’m not sure yet, need to see more action.
June 5, 2014 at 15:49 #6250The swings today are most likely taking out stops
and we need time for it to settle and also get
past NFP on friday. As for is the top in, that may hinge on positions
for June quad OE which is two weeks tomorrow.Never give up, never surrender.
June 5, 2014 at 16:11 #6251House hold incomes have to rise if there is to
be a proper recovery. It takes real jobs, not
more low paid low hour jobs.QE has not delivered this so far and has even
less chance when applied to a collection of
quite different countries, glued together
and called europe. We are not at the top yet but we have seen
the last throw of the dice.Never give up, never surrender.
