On the Dow it’s difficult to see which comes
first 21000 or 24000 but atleast we shall
learn a lot when we get there.I remain short the Dow from just above 23000

Small short Dow at 23350
I will close at 23300
Then re short at or near the US close.

My ideal time for hitting either Dow 21000 or 24000
has now expired. When both your up and down targets
are in doubt it’s time to just watch.The Dow should drop but does not so maybe it’s a
trap waiting for too many on the wrong train.A big move is coming ( direction unclear ).
