VERY ERRATIC SYSTEM IN TERMS OF HIGH/LOW/CLOSE. USUALLY IS A DOJI DAY WITHIN +5 / -5. TRADING > +5 USUALLY CLOSES POSITIVE, TRADING < -5 CLOSES NEGATIVE. THAT’S WHEN IT BECOMES A TRENDING SYSTEM

SHOULD GET +3/+5, -3/-5. DOJI TYPE DAY WITH A CLOSE WITHIN THAT RANGE

STARTS OF LOOKING LIKE TRENDING BUT DOES NOT CLOSE AT HIGHS OR LOWS

SHOULD NOT MAKE MUCH UPSIDE PROGRESS, IF LOW < -3 GOOD CHANCE OF NEGATIVE CLOSE. ANY GAP OPEN SHOULD FILL THE SAME DAY.

Conclusion

We have 2 KHC+3 SYSTEMS in play.

We have a KTB DAY2 in play.

Nothing whatsoever conclusive to the downside sadly.

Only hope is that KTB DAY2 is a go nowhere day.

Shame the downside was limited to just the 30 point breakdown as we need to start on the jigsaw from the start again

Charts wise what a horrible move yesterday (zoom)

This seems like a total cabbage now (so false)

It seriously looks like another zoom ahead.

More study may reveal something but for now onwards and upwards remains

Europe closes, starts going mad after close and now ES wants to go up too.

I really implore you all to be careful. This is M<AD MODE at its best. We do not know where it will end.

Also kman, read somewhere that all this year, in the run up to ECB announcements -markets have consistently rallied. Where we would normally expect an opex top ( today or monday) it may be delayed until the 22nd  when they meet next. by which time we could quite easily close the gap above.

The good news though is that the next signal from MS will be a short

Also TRIN is confusing me. Itrs telling me this move up is false.

So there are some caveats here

FWIW 2016 is the SU level for today (seems a whipsaw anyway)

2003 is the ongoing CIT level
