January 10, 2014 at 08:07 #3353Very close to NO SYSTEMS Dan. No surprise there.
All over to NFP’s now.
Nothing to add or say until then and thankfully after that we can start banking daily points again and start off the New Year trading properly

January 10, 2014 at 13:17 #3364I would love to post some levels but on a NFP’s crooksday, no idea.
Recent high is 1846.50. Other than that 1838 was the very recent high.

January 10, 2014 at 13:33 #3365Total miss.
Expected 200,000+ jobs, but got +74.000
However unemployment rate fell lol
Now they talking about untapering the taper.

January 10, 2014 at 13:33 #3366Jobless rate falls to 6.7%. That is a complete joke and I cannot see how that is true.

January 10, 2014 at 13:42 #3367I cannot believe that one again I missed a possible trade today.
However why would I have shorted just before NFP’s?
This week if I had traded like I have always done, it would have been fruitful but also a pure gamble.
I am waiting for “sure” trades but sadly we are in a silly whippy range so scalps would have worked just fine.
Still I am going to wait for a signal

I think you are 100% right. I normally always play supports and resistances and yesterday and last few days its played 1826 to 1838 as highlighted.
Well done to you for trading it.

I think the answer is for me to go back to 3/4 point scalps whilst direction is unclear.
