Conclusion

We have 1 KHC+3 & 1 KHC+5 SYSTEMS in play.

We have a BDIP DAY4 & KTS5 DAY3 in play.

I managed to lose 3 points trading yesterday even though at many points after I did the trade I was in profit.

My reasons were all outlined yesterday.

So where now?

Resistance is at 1826 and then 1832/3 ish Above that it can rally.

Support is at 1817 and then 1814. Below that it continues to fall

My guess is it is unwinding the pollux and we are not ready to fall in earnest yet.

We have NFP’s on Friday

MS target us below at 1812. We got to the trigger point yesterday at 1817.

I am swing short but somehow I do not trust this as a sell off. This fall at the start of the year looks and feels like a trap.

I will take one day at a time until I feel confident to predict the next direction.

In hindsight the quadruple BDIP should have been backed but as I say EOY and New Year pollux is a total gamble

perhaps I should hedge one of my shorts….

THE LEVELS

Resistance is at 1826 and then 1832/3 ish Above that it can rally. Support is at 1817 and then 1814. Below that it continues to fall

High so far 1825.

So far, yes Dan. The key is breaking up resistances. If it does that, then its off back up.

If not then we can carry on down.

This time of year is usually a bluff and double bluff, so still not anxious to steam into anything. I tried that yesterday and lost 3 points. Since then I would have been in profit many times including overninght

I seeit was bullish then as per SYSTEMS and all the recent days did was unwind pollux before we moved back up.

This looks like more upside to go still and possibly back towards 1846.50.

I will want to short that area.
