I am sure I replied to you before on this. Sorry if I did not.
Auto refresh would use a lot of resources on a forum. The alternative is a chat room but that would require us to sit at PC’s all day and if we were out we would miss alot of history.
If you have a gmail, hotmail or yahoo account registered here, when you get email alerts, it is more or less instant as it is PUSH EMAIL.
