I have 1 Long in Oil, 9 shorts in spoos & 2 swing positions in spoos open.

We have a KTB2 triggered at close on 22/12/2015.
Today is DAY1.KTS
We have a KTS5 triggered at close on 17/12/2015.
It is now negated after DAY3.SYSTEM BDIP
We have a BDIP triggered at close on 22/12/12.
TODAY IS DAY1.DAY1…
DAY2…
DAY3…
DAY4…DDUD
We have a DDUD triggered at close on 27/11/2015.
It is now negated after DAY16.SYSTEMS TRIGGERED

VERY ERRATIC SYSTEM IN TERMS OF HIGH/LOW/CLOSE. USUALLY IS A DOJI DAY WITHIN +5 / -5. TRADING > +5 USUALLY CLOSES POSITIVE, TRADING < -5 CLOSES NEGATIVE. THAT’S WHEN IT BECOMES A TRENDING SYSTEMSPX 10
Spoos closed at 2035.50 (basis Mar)
K+3 = 2038.50
K-3 = 2032.50
Conclusion
We have NO KHC SYSTEMS in play.
We have a KTB2 DAY1 & BDIP DAY1 in play.

The impending crash is seeming so obvious that it has got me thinking that somehow it doesn’t happen…..
Instead of a crash the crooks will simply close the exchanges due to security threats bla bla bla. Putin hacking it… Some rubbish.
Meanwhile the people are subjected to all sorts of ‘controls’ to ‘protect them’ from this evil threat, but they also can not access their cash. New financial ‘system’ installed and job done. Everyone screwed over and Putin or whoever gets the blame!
Trying to think like a crook! :p

The caveat is the KTB? What is its plan?
Well having looked at Christmas triggers closely this morning, I have found they can be whips and not last too long and be followed by a KTS.
Its always tough in this Christmas / New Year period because of low volume and hence the intraday indicators really are not too useful.
I would guess that 2050/60 ish SPX should cap this and then we carry on down.

The pattern says it all.
It does not want to go up but yet cannot go down.
Hence a pollux grind.
Just seen that we closed December 31st 2014 at 2052.50. What a total sideways year.
The pollux grind last year went on until 29th December. The intraday high came in on the 30th and then 5 days later it was 104 points lower.
The whole XMAS rally started on the 17th with a KTB and ended with a KTS on the 29th.
Amazing stuff really how the KTB and KTS got a low and high last year.
