Conclusion

We have 5 KHC+3 SYSTEMS in play.

We have a BDIP DAY4 & KTS2 DAY3 in play.

nothing doing here for now….remain flat.

I think a good chance of a +5/+7/+10 today and the gap at 2085 to fill should fill.

However 2087 is the resistance to break and until then they can sell rallies.

Caveat remains crooks quad OE this week.

Also until the 100 DMA SPX recovers target can be 200 DMA SPX.

We have printed a -4 as a low so far.

Nothing more happening really for me to do anything yet

I am more liking the precious metals day by day as if they qe more it is good for them. If it tanks big time it is good for them. I guess this recent sideways action is not, but normally only sideways for 9 of 12 months…

I longed gold with a 1400 October call option yesterday. Bought at 1.5.

If gold went ballistic, as at some point believe it will, a bet like this would make a killing. Many bets may fail as gold goes sideways/ down but when it finally goes parabolic  I see no reason why it couldn’t go from say 1200 zone today to 3500 zone in days/ weeks. Maybe they just revalue it. No idea how they will do it but one way or the other it will eventually be much higher. Just don’t ask me for the day…lol

that in mind if  you sacrificed £1000 a quarter on said bets. £4000 a year, then one day if it went from 1400 to 3500 you’d clear up. If you could buy at 1.0 (higher than that today (1.5) but has been there) then a move to 3500 would net you £2.1 million.

Of course IG or whoever would likely invoke ‘force majeure’ or something crooked but has to be worth a look.

It is feeling very year 2000 to me. Something somewhere has to give soon. I do think stocks will be savaged but am worried another bout of QE may pump them first.
