US stock markets have done well in the 3rd qtr but there
are headwinds like trade wars and a global slow down

If we are going to have a shot at Dow 26800 then
this wave has to be a minor 4th followed by
a 5th which does not truncate.After some good profits I may just wait and see.

For the Dow there is another viable count which would
not require a trip to 26800 anytime soon.
Plus there is still the truncation risk.Small short Dow at 26645
Just to cover the downside.
Note I think if we go below 26550 zone before 26800
